1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MDLMN ("the Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MDLMN provides a Chrome browser extension and web application that enables users to make phone calls and send SMS messages through integration with third-party telephony providers such as Twilio.

The Service operates in two modes:

• Free Trial: Limited usage of Call, Text to Self, and Clip to Self features (10 trial actions total). Unlimited Dial (direct dial) is free forever.
• Paid Subscription (BYON - Bring Your Own Number): Unlimited access to all features using your own telephony provider account (currently supports Twilio).

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Third-Party Provider Integration

BYON (Bring Your Own Number)

When using the paid subscription, you must connect your own account with a supported telephony provider (currently Twilio). You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for maintaining your own provider account and credentials
• You will be billed directly by your provider for usage fees (calls, SMS, etc.)
• MDLMN does not mark up or charge additional fees for provider usage
• You must comply with your provider's terms of service
• MDLMN is not responsible for provider service outages, billing issues, or rate changes
• You are responsible for ensuring your provider account has sufficient funds/credit

5. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

New users receive 10 trial actions (combined usage of Call, Text to Self, and Clip to Self features). Dial (direct dial) is unlimited and free. No credit card is required for the free trial.

Paid Subscription

The Starter plan is currently $12/month and provides:

• Unlimited Dial (direct dial)
• Unlimited Call (bridge calling)
• Unlimited Text to Self
• Unlimited Clip to Self
• Priority support
• Usage analytics

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Make unsolicited calls or send spam messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Violate telecommunications regulations including TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Chrome extension, web application, and all related content, features, and functionality, are owned by MDLMN and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We store minimal data and do not permanently store phone numbers or message content you transmit through the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Calls or messages will be successfully delivered
• Third-party provider services will be available
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MDLMN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MDLMN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use of your telephony provider account

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability
