Verified Meta Tech Provider

MDLMN is a verified Meta Tech Provider. Meta requires businesses to verify their identity and pass an additional access-verification review before they can connect to another business's Meta assets on their behalf, the same standard used to vet technical partners handling customer messaging data. MDLMN has completed both.

How your data is used

MDLMN uses the information from your connected accounts for one purpose: to show your customers' messages to your staff and to send your replies back, which means exchanging that data with Meta (and, for WhatsApp, our messaging provider Twilio) to deliver those messages. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it, and each business only ever sees its own account's messages. See our privacy policy for details.
